Build & host · by request
ArcSystemsTechnology designs, builds and hosts systems under the Arc brand, then stays with them. Every system lives inside the Arc ecosystem, watched from a single globe, serviced, reviewed and enhanced for as long as it runs.
How we work
We build your system properly, then host it inside the Arc ecosystem and keep watch over it, so it stays stable and secure and you can get on with running your business. The same globe you see above is how every Arc system is read, node by node, against live evidence rather than promises.
Build
Every system is built on our own paved road: proven components, rules and lessons carried from one build to the next, so integrity and speed stop being a trade-off.
Host
We host what we build. Domains, deployment, keys, backups and billing rails sit with us, under a launch safeguard: once a system is live, nothing changes without the owner's explicit consent.
Keep
Servicing and maintenance as standard. Periodic reviews, including a red-team pass under agreed rules of engagement, and enhancements scoped and priced per case.

Shape 1 to 2 weeks · free
We define the systemAt no charge: a written scope, the decisions that matter, and a fixed price for the build. Yours to keep whether or not you go ahead.
Build 2 to 14 weeks
On the paved roadWe build to the scope, test every change, and show you the system running end to end in a real browser before the final payment.
Launch 1 to 2 weeks
Hosted, safeguardedAn independent security review on a rehearsal copy, then your own operator completes the core journey on your domain and signs it off.
Keep ongoing
Watched and improvedThe launch safeguard goes on. We host, watch, patch and review; changes happen only with your consent, priced before they start.
Working with us
Every engagement runs the same five steps you see above, at a price fixed before the build starts. What every build includes, what is yours, and what it costs, in one place.
Included in every build
A separate team tests a rehearsal copy under written rules of engagement. You receive the report.
Daily copies stored off site, fetched back and verified. A restore is rehearsed before you accept the system.
The whole journey is driven in a real browser, with real test money where money moves, before acceptance.
Retention periods and deletion are enforced by the system itself, not by a policy document. ICO-registered processor.
Your team administers the system. We hold service access only, and every action is recorded.
What we do, what you do, how to reach us, and a quarterly written account of how the system is doing.
Available, scoped with the build
Your system runs on your domain, so a link from your website or a tile on your intranet is yours to place. Included, and nothing to build.
Your staff reach the system with the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts they already have. No second password, and someone who leaves your organisation loses access the moment their work account is disabled.
Where your own team would rather show the system's information inside your pages, a read-only panel to embed or an API to build against.
Priced on the quotation with everything else, or left out of it. We never assume you want these, and we never add them quietly.
Yours
Ours
If you leave, you take everything in the first column with you, at no charge, on sixty days' notice after the minimum term.
What it costs
Payment: 40% on signing, 40% when the system is shown running, 20% at acceptance. Prices exclude VAT. Every price is fixed in writing before work begins; the bands are the range we work within.
Your room
Every client has a private room of their own, opened for you the day we begin and yours for as long as the service runs. Agreements are signed there, payments made there, progress read there and documents kept there. Nothing that matters travels by email; you receive a notice that something is waiting, and the substance stays in the room.
Nine gates, in order. The gold ones are yours: the scope you confirm, the system shown running, the security summary you read, and acceptance by your own operator. Each is a signed record in your room.
What happens in the room
An invitation by email, a sign-in link, no password to keep. You are greeted by name and told what will happen and how long it takes.
Each agreement is shown in full with a plain summary beside it and signed by typing your name. The exact text, the time, your verified address and the session are kept with the signature. A signed document is never altered; a new version is a new document.
The first instalment by card. The Keep charge is set up at the same time, by card or Direct Debit, and nothing is collected until you accept the system.
The nine phases of your engagement, lit as each gate is passed, drawn from the same record we run the engagement from. What the room shows is what is true.
The scope, the system shown running, the security summary and, at the end, acceptance by your own operator: each a signed record in the room, kept for as long as you may need it.
Every signed document, every version and the runbook, archived and downloadable whenever you want a copy on your own machine. When the service ends, you take the lot.
The nine gates
Why a room and not email
The room is run on the same road we build client systems on: emailed-link sign-in, sessions that expire, an audit ledger of every action, and an independent security review before it takes its first client.
Who you are dealing with
A standing team of builders, reviewers and an independent red team, carrying programme management and corporate leadership experience into the way systems get made. That is why every engagement starts with the business case and ends with a system someone actually runs, and why the assurance is in the price rather than in a brochure.

Systems for equity
For a small number of start-ups each year we build the system in exchange for equity, in partnership with Martin Gabriel Holdings' enablement strategy. The founder keeps the capital for the market; we carry the build and the hosting.
Selection is by request and by fit. Cash engagements are priced per case; equity engagements are structured with Martin Gabriel Holdings.
Request an engagement
We don't sell. We take requests, read them, and reply to the ones we can build well. Expect a considered answer, not a sales call.
